Boil 1-3 cups of water after water is boiled take 1 leaf and place in hot water. Allow to steep (cover) for at least 5-7 minutes. Then drink tea as is. Your welcome to leave the leaf inside your cup but don’t eat. Don’t add sugar or lemon to tea they can cut down the healing properties of the tea.
