Turmeric and especially its most active compound curcumin have many scientifically-proven health benefits, such as the potential to prevent heart disease, Alzheimer's and cancer. It's a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant and may also help improve symptoms of depression and arthritis.
For skin treatment take small amount of powder with a little water and create a paste. Rub on effected area. Leave on for 20 minutes then rinse off with warm water. Make sure to dilute with coconut oil or apple cider vinegar.
For everything else take 1 teaspoon of powder and mix with a warm 8 ounce drink (NO SUGAR), soup or seasoning for food.
