Great product but it is not a cure all
I have purchased products from this company after a recommendation from a nurse practitioner. I have learned that lifestyle, exercise, food choices and dedication to your cause can do amazing things. I am actually dropped my cholesterol 30 points in 3 months. Let me be clear it wasn't from any one product or any one solution. It was a combination of lifestyle changes and conscious choices. I ate "fresh or frozen" whole food. Drank water or green tea. Also, faithfully took my sea moss gel and some other things from the shop. Meaning if it was processed, I ate very little of it. I love Jasmine rice, so I still ate it. I procured a Fitbit and tracked my activities among other things. I set exercise goals for myself and daily step goals, weekly aerobic exercise goals, etc. Did one supplement or activity or lifestyle change bring down my cholesterol numbers. Absolutely not, it was a combination of things. In my opinion, society has relied too much a "magic" pill. Here is the thing my life was turned upside down by death. I was grieving, I ate horribly, my sleep was off, so many factors contributed to my wacky numbers. Here's what I learned. My erratic sleep patterns even impacted my weight AND my body's ability to do the processed they were ultimately designed to do on their own. This is an amazing shop and I have so many friends who have amazing testimonies but what we all have in common is that this shop helped us along the journey to a new lifestyle and allowed us the ability to make different choices. I go to the doctor faithfully. Everybody was shocked how fast I dropped those numbers. The fact is I FINALLY got serious about my health. My doctor scared the "****" out of me. I don't believe in doing things you cannot maintain. It is true that everything doesn't work for everybody. Our bodies and circumstances are all different. What I do know is the body does keep score and we are in charge of what we put in our bodies as well as what we do with our bodies. I will continue to support a healthy lifestyle. I will continue to support the owner of this shop. It is up to me to change my life. Consistency is the key to my success and yes, I backslide and get back on track the next day. We are human beings and the struggle can be real. Keeping pushing towards the mark!
