Ingredients:

 • 3-4 mango leaves

4-7 cups of water

Optional: honey or lemon for flavor

 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Leaves:

Rinse the mango leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.

2. Boil Water:

Pour 4-7 cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

3. Add the Leaves:

Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the soursop leaves.

Simmer the leaves for 10–15 minutes. The water will turn greenish or slightly brown, indicating that the nutrients and flavor have been released.

4. Strain the Tea:

Remove the pot from the heat and strain the tea into a cup or teapot to remove the leaves.

5. Serve and Enjoy:

Serve the tea warm. You can add a natural sweetener like honey or a slice of lemon for added flavor if desired.

 Tips:

Storage: If you make extra tea, store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat as needed.

Frequency: mango tea can be enjoyed daily
