Soursop Leaves(2oz.)
Ingredients:
• 5–7 soursop leaves
• 4-7 cups of water
• Optional: honey or lemon for flavor
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Leaves:
• Rinse the soursop leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.
2. Boil Water:
• Pour 4-7 cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Add the Leaves:
• Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the soursop leaves.
• Simmer the leaves for 10–15 minutes. The water will turn greenish or slightly brown, indicating that the nutrients and flavor have been released.
4. Strain the Tea:
• Remove the pot from the heat and strain the tea into a cup or teapot to remove the leaves.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
• Serve the tea warm. You can add a natural sweetener like honey or a slice of lemon for added flavor if desired.
Tips:
• Storage: If you make extra tea, store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat as needed.
• Frequency: Soursop tea can be enjoyed daily
